I arrived to the Hostel and was met by Laritza and Magalis. They were welcoming and so kind. They gave me information about the area, and gave me advice about where to go and what to see. I had booked dance lessons, but wasn't sure how to get to the location. Laritza called and got directions for me, and made sure I knew how to get there and back. The breakfast was delicious. A real luxury in Cuba, with an egg, fruit, good strong coffee and freshly squeezed juice. I ate on the patio overlooking the city. It was the perfect way to start my day The hostel was great! It was clean, had good air conditioning, hot water for the showers, a shower head, a flush toilet, and the bed was comfortable. It's in a good location. a short walk from any of the main sites. I was able to walk to Parque Cespedes in less than 10 mins at a slow pace as well as the main shopping areas. It's a little far to walk from the bus station, just have them arrange a taxi for you. It's $5.00.USD The WiFi worked well in the main living areas, there is a laundry service available, and a safe in the room. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were kind, considerate, warm and caring. lovely people! I"ll definitely stay there next time I'm in town!

Très bien située au centre-ville la Hostal Raul y Kathy est confortable. Nous y avons fait laver du linge : le service est rapide. Enfin l’hostal possède une charmante terrasse d’où l’on découvre Santiago devant un copieux petit déjeuner. Une bonne adresse. Petite remarque : une mauvaise réception télé qui demanderait un sérieux réglage.

Sehr schönes Dachterrasse und gutes Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Das Fahrzeug musste ca. 100 m weiter auf der Straße geparkt werden wofür die dort wohnende Familie Geld verlangte - das war noch OK aber als wir am nächsten morgen noch für eine Stunde in die Stadt gehen wollten wurde wieder Geld verlangt damit das Auto stehen bleiben durfte.

Schönes, grosses Zimmer. Dies kann jedoch nur eine steile, enge Treppe erreicht werden. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigenkeiten zu erkunden. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hostal ist zentral gelegen, aber auch etwas laut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die drei Damen, die uns betreut haben, sind super nett und haben uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Es gibt Wasser, Bier und Soft Drinks in den Kühlschränken. Alles bestens!

Ich war 14 Tage im Hostal Raúl &Kathy. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit und das nächste Mal werde ich wieder dort einchecken. Es gab ein phantastisches Frühstück mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick auf Santiago. Die 3 zauberhaften Frauen ,die dort angestellt sind, waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend ! Es fehlte an nichts . Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen, so dass vieles zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Alles in allem wirklich großartig und ich komme wieder hier her 😍

Sentralt Hostal med meget hyggelig betjening. Vi kom fram på formiddagen, fikk frokost før vi hadde sjekket inn, og rommene ble gjort klar lenge før vanlig innsjekkingstid. Slik service opplever du ille mange steder.
