Rooms facing the street are noisy.

Very central, yet our top floor rooms did not have any street noise. Clean and well maintained.

The location is superb for exploring the old town on foot, though the bar next door can be noisy late into the night if you're in one of the front bedrooms.
Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

El hotel estaba muy limpio, nuestra habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, y el servicio a la habitación fue de primera categoría. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y sin duda volveremos.
We had an amazing experience at this hotel, thanks to Alexandra's excellent welcome. She provided us with a map and recommended places to visit, which was incredibly helpful for our first visit to Santiago. The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the room service was top-notch. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
