The location is superb for exploring the old town on foot, though the bar next door can be noisy late into the night if you're in one of the front bedrooms. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful.

She provided us with a map and recommended places to visit, which was incredibly helpful for our first visit to Santiago. The hotel was very clean, our room was spacious and comfortable, and the room service was top-notch. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. It is just steps away from the Cathedral, Plaza del Obradoiro in front and Hostal de Los Reyes Católicos! An excellent and affordable restaurant is in the Plaza de Cervantes, a few steps away also, its name is Manolo!

Hotel is in the center of the historic area close to the cathedral. It’s on a narrow street filled with walkers but a taxi can get to the door. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast was good. We had the “basic room” which was small but fine with a very clean bathroom. Walk to many restaurants.

Room was small and getting into and out of the shower was awkward and dangerous. I change a 2 day booking starting May 15 to a 2 day booking starting May 14 and had to pay €50 more. No reasonable explanation was provided regarding the additional cost. I would not recommend this hotel chain.
