I always stay at this hotel in Santiago. Never disappointing. Clean and relatively spacious. Also good breakfast. When walking on camino, I look forward to relaxing at this hotel at the final destination.

Great price and very walkable to the historic area of town, if you get a city view, you can see the cathedral from the room from the top floors, loved it and would stay there again as our first choice, be prepared to walk around 10 semi hard minutes from the train station to the hotel, it’s very doable if your used to walking, otherwise, get a taxi which will probably get you there in less than 5 mins.

Terrible noise insulation
Posted 29 Jul 2024 on HotelsI really like this hotel, that's why I booked it again; tgis time they have practice students at reception, which was fine, but an explanation/introduction would have made everything more friendly - let alone professional.
My room was ok until I heard the people next door's bathroom noises as if they were inside my own bedroom.
This is not acceptable, especially as I kindly requested a quiet room... doubt I'll be back, sadly.
