Was staying here for SC State Homecoming. Water was hot; Fridge was ice cold. Outside of the location being perfect from the campus for my peace of mind; this hotel was horrible.
First and foremost, they cancelled my reservation before I arrived, and charged me for it. Second, the room was not secure as to I had to constantly make sure the door wouldn’t pop open whenever you pushed the door. When housekeeping came to check on me Saturday, they knocked on the door & it opened with little to no force. Thirdly, there was no sitting furniture for the said room. My guest had to sit on the bed. Fourth, the television not the cable box worked. Fifth, the shower head was not secure onto the faucet therefore causing the flow of the water to be limited as far as reach. Sixth, the phone and outlet/light went out on one side of the bed. And lastly, the ceiling was cracked at the roof of the room and was visible on one side. Checkout was very impersonal and unprofessional. Would only recommend this place as a pass-by spot. Do not stay if you’re used to high-end hotels.

Person at check in was on phone whole time. Just pointed to where to sign. Could not get WiFi and went to office for help, he was still on phone. Said he would send someone to help, they never showed. Property was ok for RRI, person at desk needs to learn business manners

Had the basics covered. Breakfast not too extensive, but room was clean, AC worked, quiet room, not so attractive property. But for the price, a good deal.
