We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. Apparently these have to be rented and we had to pay additional fees. Also, the kitchen had nothing we could use…salt, pepper, sugar, oil… we had to purchase everything and then clear everything out at departure. We did not see a coffe machine… that would have been nice to have. Finally, the sink was not draining and upon arrival we addressed the problem with the administrator but this was never fixed. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Beware of hidden costs

5pm check in is terrible especially when check out is between 9 am and 10 am which means you lose a whole day. The rules are far too many for someone trying to relax. Restrictions on times of using the pool, also you get charged 20 Euro extra per day for cleaning and no one comes to clean. You also have to take your own rubbish out. No towels provided unless you pay and from memory it’s ten euro per towel.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you could not appreciate your stay but for any doubt about the extra costs you should contact the provider of your booking. The website clearly inform the guests about the extra fees to be paid on spot as well as the check in and check out times that are written on the page of Hotels.com. The stays are sold per nights and not per days, so actually you did not lose the day of the check in nor the day of the check out. Restrictions for the pool are for your own safety. Usually, the residences do not provide towels and bedsheets, also guests should clean the kitchen and take out the rubbish. And to be fair, the renting of towels costs € 10 per set (3 towels). We hope to welcome you again in one of our Sea Travel facilities.

Ótima estadia

Pontos positivos: ótima localização e boa estrutura do quarto. Check in foi flexível. Comunicação com a recepção foi boa. Cama confortável. Disponibilizam guarda-sol. Piscina excelente. Pontos negativos: banheiro no primeiro dia estava fedendo esgoto. Não possui estacionamento e na alta temporada é difícil achar vaga na rua.

ottimo soggiorno

Ottimo soggiorno. Comoda la posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia a piedi, vicinissima al centro ma abbastanza distanza per non sentire il rumore del via vai notturno. Servizio impeccabile. Piscina invitante a disposizione. Tornerò!
