We had a lovely stay in this hotel. I admit the rooms were very dated and needed repairs, so dont expect luxury. As for the location of this hotel it was fantastic. You could not get any closer to the beach and the outside bar area and seating area was very pretty with great beach views. This hotel is also situated by lots of shops and restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed my stay 😊

It was a pleasant stay and the food was good. The rooms are basic and noise was sometimes an issue but overall it was good. Some staff members couldn’t do enough including Loly, Eileen, Paola and dumi, would go again.

Excellent holiday at Htop royal Sun

My 4th stay at Htop royal sun I will be back again in August 22. The hotel offers all I need, friendly staff, good food & the hotel is directly on the beach. The town has plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. Transfer is 35 minutes from girona airport in July 2022 it was 57 euro. I was the all inclusive option & it’s definitely value for money.

Disappointed in the room, bed was super hard and very uncomfortable. There was parties and music going on outside till 0300, couldn’t sleep much because of it. Wasn’t a 4 star hotel in my mind.

Check in was time consuming. The rooms are filthy. The best part about this trip was leaving. The beach is overcrowded and inundated peddlers. The AC broke and we were treated as if it was our fault. The AC, btw, really doesnt mean anything. Its just barely there circulation- no temp control. The bed might as well have been a sheet of plywood and the pillow was smelly. Do not book this hotel.

October 2023. Disgusting old rooms, breakfast was very mediocre but the restaurant was filthy, all cutlery and plates were dirty. Large physical key that is not safe in a fire as you have to lock yourself in and out the room from the inside with the key, housekeeping let themselves into our room half an hour before we checked out. Only stayed for one night and wish I hadn’t even stayed for that. Unknown red marks on the bedding and a cigarette burn hole, curtains look like they’ve not been changed since 2001, wall paper was peeling off, room smelt really bad, shower curtain was yellow and the shower sprayed all over the bathroom when you turned it on. Twisty hot and cold taps that drip all night in the bathroom and a pull knob on the wall for the toilet flush. My partner didn’t even shower here because the room just felt dirty. Walls were thin so we could hear other people, plus we were put in a room right by the lift so every time someone pressed the button we could hear it ding in our room. Additionally the hotel backs onto the train track so the noise of the train was extremely loud. Pool was in the shade all day and very small. Staff were friendly, none of the issues are their fault. Location was good as the hotel has a door that leads out onto the beach. Avoid at all costs, needs an renovation ASAP.

Het enige fijne aan dit hotel is de locatie. Gelukkig maar 1 nachtje geboekt voor doorreis. Wat een verschrikkelijk hotel. Zwaar gedateerd, verlichting op de gangen kapot, vloerbedekking in de gangen versleten en vol vlekken. Kamer op 6e verdieping, airco kapot, behang afgescheurd en vlekken. Vergeelde stopcontacten, wastafelmeubel uitgezet door vocht, gehorig, we hoorde de buurman hard snurken, plafondplaten kapot in de badkamer en verroeste kranen en veel schimmel. Vieze voegen en zeeppompjes en zelfs het schilderij aan de muur in de kamer was aan de binnenkant kapot. We hadden nog gehoopt op iig een goed ontbijt, helaas ook heel slecht. Eieren van te voren al gebakken aan 2 kanten en werden opgewarmd op een grote schaal tentoongesteld. Oud, hard brood, vermoedelijk van de vorige dag. Dat het hotel gedateerd is wisten we, echter vies en kapot kan echt niet. Je kan zo in de liftschacht kijken, is een open ruimte en naast de liften zijn glazen luiken voor toegang tot de liftschacht. Tot onze schrik stond er een luik open, op kind hoogte. Als een kind hier in was gegaan had het 6 verdiepingen naar beneden gestort. Meteen gemeld bij de receptie en later was t gelukkig op slot. Even bij het zwembad gekeken en hier was het al net zo erg. De rand van het zwembad zag zwart van de schimmel. Dit hotel heeft een complete renovatie nodig want de locatie is top.

A fuir !!! Délabrement avancé

À fuir absolument ! Les photos présentes sur le site ne reflètent en aucun cas la réalité de cet établissement en état de délabrement avancé. L'hôtel semble complètement abandonné : décoration vétuste, aucun entretien visible tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Les ascenseurs étaient presque tous hors service, ce qui pose un réel problème d'accessibilité, notamment pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La climatisation fonctionnait de manière intermittente et son bruit incessant rendait le sommeil impossible. L'accueil du personnel laissait également à désirer, sans la moindre chaleur ni professionnalisme. Je ne comprends vraiment pas comment cet établissement peut prétendre à une classification 4 étoiles, ni même figurer sur une plateforme de réservation reconnue comme Hotels.com. Heureusement que nous n'y avons passé qu'une seule nuit ! Ce fut sans conteste la pire expérience hôtelière que nous ayons vécue. Fort heureusement, notre hébergement suivant nous a permis d'oublier cette nuit catastrophique.

Très déçu, heureusement c'était du dépannage pour une seule nuit. Mais à ce prix (123€ la chambre uniquement) j'aurais probablement eu beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Chambre vieillotte et ménage approximatif. Draps et serviettes de bain sont tachés. Nous avions pris une chambre familiale pour 4. La literie n'est pas confortable, sommier comme matelas. Le pire est la mauvaise insonorisation: les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage. nous étions au 4eme au dessus de la voie ferrée et le train passe toutes les 30 minutes jusque 23h au moins. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien garni, il y en a pour tous les goûts mais la qualité est médiocre dans l'ensemble. Après pour 10€ il faut relativiser... Le personnel est très aimable par contre. Il y a 2 piscines mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'en profiter

Les fenetres ne sont asonorisees alors que nous sommes pres d'une zone de passage vers la mer, d'autres hotels avec leur animation mais aussi pres d'une ligne de chemin de fer. Le restaurant est tres bruyant car il est petit et l'affluence est grande, nous ne pouvions pas nous comprendre sans parler fort. Pour info, nous etions en pensions complete. La literie est mauvaise. Nous etions 2 adultes avec 2 enfants et nos enfants ont dormi sur des matelas mous posés sur des planches de bois. L'hôtel ne vaut pas son 4 etoiles. Nous avons rendu les cles en partant sans recevoir de Merci et sans qu'on nous demande si notre sejour de 15 jours s'était bien passé. Nous ne reviendrons pas. Le seul point positif, ce sont la nourriture, correcte dans l'ensemble meme si discutable parfois et la proximite de la plage.

Très belle vue mer

Nous avons réservé une chambre vue mer et nous ne l’avons pas regretté ! Tout était très bien allant de la qualité de l’accueil jusqu’à la qualité du service de restauration où le choix était large . L’hôtel est vieillissant mais très bien pour le séjour que nous avons passé Les chambres sont très propres Je tiens à saluer l’équipe d’animation qui fournit un excellent travail pour proposer multitude de jeux et d’activités pour les grands et les petits

L’hôtel n’a pas de parking voiture et très difficile de trouver de la place à proximité malgré le macaron handicapé.

Locatie centraal, druk, veel omgevingsgeluiden, hotel verouderd, eten simpel. Voor een paar dagen prima. Voor langere periode incl eten zou ik een ander hotel zoeken.
