almost everything is perfect except there's no available toilettries such as shampoo, extra toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds and side table tissues and slippers and bath robe..the time table of the transportation is not accurate

Very Nice Hotel
Posted 24 Sep 2018Very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again , close to all shops and beach, couple of things though we were on second dinner service which does not start until 8 which we felt was quite late would be better if they did 6-7 and then 7-8, we also could not find any English TV channels ie BBC World and finally check out is very early at 10am, only minor points though basically a great hotel

Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsEn general bien, buen desayuno y las areas de piscina muy bien. El staff del hotel muy amable.
La cama y las almohadas mal, sobre todo las almohadas tenian 5 cms de grosor lo que hacia que durmiesemos bastante incomodos (no hemos pedido cambiarlas asi que no hemos podido evaluar al hotel en este sentido). Lo hemos comentado en recepcion cuando hemos hecho el check out y nos han dicho que las hubiesen cambiado si deciamos algo.
