The breakfast buffet was incredible. They had alot of options. The swimming pools were amazing. They had live band at night. They had a game room with fooseball/air hockey table, ps5, and xbox. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were professional and polite. I would recommend a staycation for the family. Malls were in walking distance. We plan on going back next month. Overall I like the property and staff. Staff is very helpful, respectful, and kind.
The only thing is our room is supposed to come with robes but no robes until I asked for some toiletries. I think there should also be a hair dryer but there wasn't. The soap scum, the black stuff were not properly caulked as you can see the black stuff and it looks dirty. The telephones are dusty, need to be cleaned and sanitized. These little details would have given the hotel a bigger impression
