I’ve been staying at La Rose once or twice every week since July 2024 and their service has been consistently great, the rooms are clean and the check in/out process is very convenient. Last week, I stayed at #63 carriage, which was above the ice machine. I could hear the noise but it was tolerable.

The front desk woman was not helpful at all. Plus our room wasn’t ready at 4pm check in and they only gave us one room key.

We’ve stayed at La Rose several times. It’s historic and unique - but really needs some TLC.
I guess we were eligible for a free upgrade - but instead we had the most basic room in the hotel with a view of the roof and shed. We did get free parking.

I apologize that you did not receive the free upgrade that comes with being an Expedia Premium member - I have passed this information to my Front Desk Manager and General Manager so that they may either remind all front desk staff or give one on one training to staff members.
