We had to leave our vehicle on the side of the road due to road closure. We didn’t have anything with us as we expected a 3 hour trip..
After being on the road for 12 hours we were transported by the police to your hotel. Everyone was very helpful getting what we needed for the night. Thank you

We had to drag our heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs. Long walk to room. Door key would not work. After another long walk back to check in desk and new key then back upstairs to find someone was already in the room. Call to front desk again. Clerk finally walked upstairs to US with new room number and keys. Frustrating.
