All the hotel workers were really kind and ready to help us with everything we needed. But, there were little issues: first, the room was too small and during the first shower I took a bad smell like sewage came out of the pipe, so as a temporary solution for one night they gave us a really good suite room, but early by the morning we had to move to another one that was not clean yet, so we had to left all our luggage saved at the front desk. When we came back by 7:00 pm the receptionist attended another group, but we came first. Then, we had to complain about that and finally moved to our final room that was really good and spacious.
Another bad thing is the "DJ" at the pool. The music is so loud, that guy plays with the volume all the time, and is impossible to have a relaxing time at the pool if he is there. Please keep the pool with no music or adjust the volume to a permanent rational level.
Recommendation: If you go to Park Hotel first ask for checking the room and try the sink and shower. They have good rooms, but occasionally don't give the best ones.

I don't understand the 8.6 satisfaction ratio
Posted 22 Apr 2021 on HotelsI was surprised at how substandard my room was as compared to other I happened to look into that were being cleaned. No hot water and very low pressure. The pool area was beautiful and the desk staff all nice. I don't feel they put me in a very nice room and I am not sure why. I assumed perhaps they were all the same but there were better rooms. This is a very old hotel and although on the beach access blocked during my stay without walki a large distance around the fenced area. It looks like it will be done soon. Bed was very comfortable.
