Posted 18 Aug 2021 on HotelsThis hotel is closed. It’s no longer doing business and they will not honor your booking. I booked the room and when I showed up everything was closed in the neighboring hotel said he was not doing this anymore. He also saw my booking as the owner and would not honor it. Because it was a holiday it took hotels.com three or four hours to get me in a new place and they still have not refunded me for it.
