Esperabamos tu mal comentario puesto que sabiamos que lo harias.Realmente te disgusto pagar el impuesto sobre las ventas (IVA) que como ciudadanos colombiano debes hacer. Quisiste pasar como extranjero pero en expedia es claro que este impuesto aplica para todos los cliudadanos colombianos y extranjeros con mas de 60 dias en el pais.Lamentablemente no podiamos exonerarte de ese impuesto dado que nos habria tocado asumirlo a nosotros ya que somos facturadores electronicos y reportamos todo al fisco colombiano.

Excellent access to long and not busy beach. Outstanding pool by the beach plus exercise pool. Nice balconies.

The only problem with the apartment is that I only received 1 key. This makes it difficult for sharing an apartment with just one key. Other than that. Everything else was good.

Gracias por tu comentario.Lamentamos mucho que la ubicación del alojamiento no era lo que esperabas. Nos habria encantado que lo hubieras mencionado una vez ingresaste al alojamiento pero decidio hospedarse de igual manera debido a los multiples servicios que ofrece el condominio.

Good for families
Posted 22 Nov 2022 on HotelsIt’s not really a hotel. They mostly renting out Apartments of owners. They wanted to give us just one room key. This would have meant to enter each time a hot apartment as one key is needed for AC. No money exchange, no laundry service. No tv in sleeping room (one in living room). Little bathrooms. Water in shower was cold. You need taxi to go wherever.
On the plus side, a great pool, beach is near and nice also and you have the possibility to reserve jacuzzi time in the evening.

In the accommodation category it is specified that the accommodations are apartments.In relation to the key to the accommodation, a single card is delivered, and obviously when leaving the apartment and removing the card, the electricity of the entire unit is cut off. It is an intelligent system for saving electricity. Even so, we give you a second card.In the photographs you could appreciate all the characteristics of the accommodation, and in the advertisement it is also specified by apartment. Therefore we assume that you could appreciate the photographs of the bathrooms.The apartment has hot water. You just had to turn the key to the hot water. Regarding the fact that you should use a taxi to go anywhere, we want to tell you that the location is specified in the advertisement
