We enjoyed our stay here, and they arranged a wonderful day of wine tasting and a cooking class for us. The things we did not like, though, were that the gym in the basement was very warm, and also the outdoor pool was not open, even though it was quite hot out. The breakfast was nice. There is not much to do in the immediate area, so you would want to have a car, or a driver arranged for your time there. We did not use any of the spa services. They have bikes to use, but we did not inquire about where you would take them.

Good property with beautiful rooms that offer views of the surrounding vineyards.
A little remote in terms of activities outside of the hotel. Food at the hotel restaurant was good but the menu was somewhat limited.

Prior to arriving 8 emails were not answered. Phone calls went unanswered, on one occasion when the phone was answered it was after 25 attempts.
Lack of staff. For a Spa - lack of spa staff - who whilst competent lacked a smile. Pool and pool area needs a clean. Room service menus very limited. Room service exceptionally slow. Al in all explains the lack of guests.

NOT a 5 star hotel by a long shot but has a gorgeous view.
Here are some findings from our stay:
Parking has no elevator (drop your bags at reception before parking if you have large luggage).
No robes/slippers provided (isn’t this standard in a 5 star hotel?!).
You need a swim cap to use the indoor pool.
There are no refreshment services at the outdoor pool.
No do not disturb signs for the room door.
No coffee or tea facilities in room.
Offer no wine experiences (as per website) - don’t be fooled, they have none and no partnerships. You need to arrange them yourself and have to drive yourself everywhere (they are not located close to any) - considering they call themselves a wine and spa hotel … very disappointing!
They are clearly understaffed so some bar staff you’ll also notice are plating your dinner too.
Small and limited wine menu and very limited restaurant menu (items frequently run out).
One-way doors to the balcony by the restaurant (we got locked out and had to knock on the window for another guest to let us back in).
The restaurant staff are amazing, our waiter was so attentive and his english was excellent. So too was our check-in and check-out staff.
All in all, wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely not a 5* as they advise, more like a 3*. Not bad but wouldn’t recommend.

Service staff is nice but very slow. keep having to ask for items that should be standard in rooms of 5 star hotels eg room service menu, wine bottle opener, wine glasses which they never ended up bringing any even though I requested it 2 times. No robes or slippers in room. Spa fully booked for 3 days. I mean.. isn’t this a “wine and spa” hotel? Hotel is pretty and location is incredible but could do better at being clean. Elevators and elevator buttons are dirty, windows around property are dirty, gym equipment not cleaned (sweat marks and sticky equipment), they let many small children use the gym like a jungle gym when trying to work out, left dishes on tables, pool is nice but surrounding needs to be landscaped. Unfortunately not a true 5 star hotel but beautiful location and because hotel is new ish it still looks decent. Should be a 3.5 or 4 star based on amenities and service. Quite disappointing for the cost of it. Restaurant staff was nice and helpful. Just needs an overhaul in management.
