This is a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was immaculate and spacious, worth every penny, though there were quite a few of those pennies! The breakfast is incredible as were the attendants. The location is great, a little quieter and away from the center, but close enough to walk everywhere. Easy access to the train. We will be staying here again and I travel with a small child who was made very welcome. Thank you, GH Minerva.

Giulia at the front desk was very helpful upon check-in and also the next day. She is a valued employee and you should consider giving her a raise. Your hotel is better off with her their.

This place is one of the coolest locations in Europe, and right next to the train station and central shopping district.
It’s a true luxury hotel in the classic European style. It’s delivers exactly what you expect and more when booking a hotel of this level.

This is an excellent hotel. I don’t understand why this is a 4 star hotel. It is better than most 5star hotels I have used. The room, restaurant, bar and staff were great. It is really convenient for all the attractions (most of which I could see from our window).
