The hotel was extremely well located for my needs (sightseeing) with a never ending supply of wonderful restaurants a short walk away. The room was spotless, comfy & quiet. "The staff at the hotel desk were great. However, the staff at the Breakfast Buffet were awful. We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. On another day, I arrived to a buffet that was out of scrambled eggs (the only cooked eggs offered other than hard boiled) - I immediately informed the staff and...
