The only problem was that the room i reserved wasn't ready at the time of check in...and that people had loud music at the pool when it says no loud music there.

I liked the staff and location, it's right by the big store, theres a couple beaches within walking distance. We originally booked a $80 a night room with 2 double beds, we didn't like it for 1 I needed a desk to work on and 2 the location of the room was right above the pool which was very loud. We let the staff know at 10 pm and they moved us to a MUCH nicer suite. 300 Paso's more a night, totally worth it. Wish we didnt have reservations for 2 weeks there but it worked for us. The housekeeper staff was wonderful and the front desk were great too! Only 1 person there speaks English. I think they may rent out the pool to local families a few days a week, it got pretty noisy but couldn't hear the fun from the suite.

Our stay was very nice. Great staff. My problem that I did not speak Spanish BUT the staff was very good! Clean, nice restaurant, staff was top notch. I wanted a good room for a good price and thats what I got! Thanks!
Location for us was a big factor as well. We knew the area and were happy with the location!
I would say if they would offer me more ammenities for a fee I would happily pay. Like maybe a mini fridge or a comfy chair. BUT....not complaining! Thanks Galaria Del Angel!
