"This hotel is very well located on the sea shore near the very heart of Santa Maria Di Castellabate, Campania. It looks nice, though the rooms are not quite as nice as shown in the pictures on its website. It is no longer a ‘luxury’ hotel. The bed linen, headrest, cushions, etc, are tired and well-past their ‘best by’ dates. They need to be replaced. The fridge in our room was very noisy at night. "Absolutely horrible place. They were so rude. My contact prior to the stay with Monica was so nice I was excited by my 4 night stay. Upon my arrival I asked directions from Giovanni and he couldn't assist giving me directions from the bus stop to hotel. Note only main bus stop so he had to know. When I arrived at hotel I met Giovanni he was so rude! I was looking for entrance he stands there arms folded telling me you can enter here but this is for breakfast. Hello I just arrived.
