"Overall a really nice stay. Hotel was clean, staff all friendly and welcoming. The vibe pool bar was very good for food, drinks in the day etc. It's on a hill so is steep to walk back to, but not that bad. Plenty of older couples were managing it fine. Supermarket over the road very handy if self catering or B&B. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and taxi rank which was handy and cheap. Would recommend "

"Just back from a fantastic stay, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has excellent facilities, the staff are super friendly, the only thing to note is to get into the town there are 143 steps down to the street level and around a twenty minute walk to the shopping centre, the steps up are a bit of a killer, however it’s super easy to get a taxi and only costs €5, this hotel over looks the marina and the sunset from the balcony was stunning, we will definitely be returning 😍"

"We had a lovely stay at the apartments. Everything was great. Apartments themselves were great, we had paid bit more for the one with aircon. Just to be aware there are lots of stairs to get to rooms. Lift everywhere so you can always get to it but it takes time so we mostly walked as we didn’t mind that. We had a half board and food was great, sometimes the freshly cooked meat was bit tasteless but there was always lots of other choice. Outdoor snack bar had pretty good choice of food, pizza...

"Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. "The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."
