Tremenda perra pingaaa el peor hotel que estado en cuba me fui 2 noches antes de lo que habia pagado

Lamentamos su sentir, pero revisamos su estancia y no hemos encontrado dificultades en la atención a su persona, sería bueno fuera más explícito y de esta manera nos puede ayudar a que otro cliente no se sienta mal como usted.

We enjoyed the pool the beach and clean rooms. The Food was not cooked properly the white rice was very hard it seemed like it was not cooked . Overall food rating zero stars just Horrible every guest was complaining.

Price to high for the conditions of the Hotel. The room was in very bad shape and dirty

My stay was really good, the staff amazing but I have to say that I was really disappointment with the Beach ,was really dirty reason why me and my family wasn't able to enjoy my Cuban waters. I will go again next year I hope I be able to enjoy the beach this time.

EXPERIENCIA NEGATIVA

Hay que pagar el WIFI y el servicio alimentar no està al altura de lo que he pagado. Tuve que dejar el alojamiento 2 dias antes por un ciclon y el hotel no ofreciò ningun medio de transporte de emergencia para los huespedes en dificultad debido a la notificaciòn improvisa de la emergencia. Todavia estoy en la espera de la devoluciòn del dinero por las dos noches canceladas por parte de la propiedad.

Hotel anticuado, pero bien ubicado. Destacamos por encima de todo el excelente personal que trabaja en el, asi como la buena comida.

Dirty beach, murky water, basic rooms!

The beach and the sea were really dirty, there were mounds of seagrass and heaps of plastic, but different from the other hotels next door, here nobody seemed to care. Our room was in pretty poor condition too and there was neither a terrace nor a balcony. Definitely not worth the money, even though the food was nice and staff were very friendly.
