Very good hotel with great comfort but not all staff are friendly. Customer service needs improvement

We came just for a day, as stopover to our final destination and since we are not a resort turists I just can say that staff is polite, beach nice, room great, but food something we were not use to it. We are food lovers and by our experience most of resorts doesn’t shows you real picture of Cuban culinary. So that is not just problem of one resort, it is generally.

loved this hotel. staff was kind and attentive. the entertainment was great and so was the food. will definitely be back in the future
