I did not like the additional $25 “resort” fee at check out. Expedia said I had paid in full. I think Expedia owes me $25.00.

I was charged a resort fee after arriving at 11:00 p.m. and left at 8:00 a.m. YOU SAID my payment to Expedia was PAID THEN, I was charged an additional $25.00 Please credit me that fee! Hotel said it was for parking and it is NOT a downtown hotel and frankly I live near the Lodge for 2 years and anyone could pull in and park there unnoticed. No requiring put a hotel sign on your windshield!

The location was easy to find and convenient to all points of interest in the surrounding areas. The rooms were very clean even though the facility was animal friendly. Next time I would like to take my dog since they are invited to stay. I missed the restaurant facility. It was closed for renovations but I suppose it would have been a great experience. Loved the whole area & hotel.

Great place to stay. Restaurant & bar not yet open, but should be early next year. Lots of places close by to eat.
