This hotel feels a bit old, with halfway carpets and rooms that are reasonably clean, but worn out. The breakfast was pretty pathetic when I got there early, and practically at the limited options were gone by the time my wife and kids got there at 8.

Not the worst but needs some updates to the rooms and not in a great area. Lots of homeless in the area

This location booked me once and charged me twice. Expedia would not reimburse me after all documents showed they made a mistake. When calling hotel for support in reimbursement, Douglas could be heard cussing the FBomb because the computer system was not working for him. He didn’t think to put me on hold! Alan, the manager said I would be reimbursed when meeting him upon checkout. Since returning to my home/destination, he is refusing to return my calls. No more Expedia and no more stays at this location! Be aware!! Room rates were very reasonable. Not sure what else you want me to say.

I am sorry that my staff did not inform me that you called, I have checked your folio and we billed expedia for the room and we charged you the pet fee on your card. I am sorry that you seem to be having an issue.

Breakfast food quality and variety was subpar, and they frequently ran out of food. The only decaf available was in via the coffeemaker in the room. Staff was friendly. It seems that franchise owner or management need to improve.
