Good location
Posted 15 Jan 2022 on HotelsLocation wise its very good, the rooms were big and spacious. Great location as it is on the center of everything like food, marts, nearby beach. Maybe they could improve on breakfast choices and serving time of the breakfast. Ours was with breakfast but we cannot select the food, they will just provide it though it is still a decent one ( i love the salad side dish). It was serve at 9:00-10 AM so if you want your breakfast early, take the room without breakfast inclusion and just eat outside... Another suggestion would be to put a water dispenser at least one dispenser at the lobby for hot and cold drinking water. Thats just a small gesture that could be of great help to your guests. Overall its a good stay! Very nice location..

Great place.
Posted 7 Mar 2018 on HotelsExcellent room, very clean and modern. Really enjoyable bar/garden area kept very well. The owners where lovely couple and where very helpful. The area was great a very short walk to the beach or bars/restaurants. Would stop again if in Santa Fe.

Bad Accomodation, horrible place to stay. rubbish
Posted 5 May 2016 on HotelsIts not a pleasant to stay on this Hotel. its a disaster the owner attitude is horrified character. bad commuter. this is my direct comments is do not stay on this hotel your wasting your money. bad accomodation, owner attitude is horrible. the message they will write on thier hotel comment facilities is rubbish.

so i cant response for this comment in your opinion everything is worst place owner massage so its hard to start talking bcs evrything is wrog in your opinion next time better to talk direct with menager if something is wrong in real time personal so then we can finde solution but comment like this ? i think its more to demage the opinion hotel ,than give for guest some real argumets what was wrong in this place

Getrockneter Fisch zum Frühstück
Posted 7 Jan 2019 on HotelsGetrockneten Fisch und Reis zum Frühstück. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Frühstück gebucht. Wir bekamen dann Instant Kaffee, auch die Kinder, getrockneten Fisch, Rührei mit Reis und Salat. Als wir dann am nächsten Tag einige Bestandteile des Frühstücks abbestellt hatten, dafür aber andere Getränke wollten, wurde nicht die Differenz sondern der volle Betrag für die Getränke berechnet. Obwohl wir ja zum essen viel weniger erhalten haben und auch für den darauffolgenden Tag das Frühstück ganz abbestellt hatten, da wir da nicht dort waren. Das fand ich dann doch sehr dreist und hat nichts mit vernünftiger Gästebewirtung zu tun. Generell sind die Betreiber eher komisch. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt.

The dry fisch was extra additional to brekfast it wasnt set of brekfast
Our brekfast what we serve was 3scramble eggs , vegetable salad litos, onion, tomato , qucumber and dressing, toast bread and rice , for drinks was coffe 3inone, juice and water , this dry fisch was extra to something from philippines disches so additional on separate plate we give you dry fisch it wasnt included in brakfast what we serve.
We have set brekfast all is one set if we charge 180php for brekfast include room price we cant change you coffe3inone for latte coffe which price in our restaurant is 160php so how we can change this without extra charge?
First night you dont show so next day when you come we make you for free pizza for 480 php .
Last night when you check out you speak day before that you want brekfast for take out at 7morning next day,when we prepare brekfast and waiting for you in restaurant at 6.30 morning you already check out before 6.30 and room was empty
so i think this comment is little not real for someone who check this
