A very nice and quiet place. It was quaint and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Awesome place. Very convenient to Plaza, Canyon Road and other areas. Parking easy. A shuttle available on request was a great feature. Staff made it easy and encouraged us to use it. This meant we could get a ride in the evening so we wouldn't have to walk in the dark or after having a drink. Very clean, comfortable. Staff is verrry nice as well as professional. Restaurant is very good. We ended up eating here 2 of 3 nights because we liked it so much. Popular with locals too. I definitely would stay here again, hoping to do so in the next year. Highly recommend Inn on the Alameda.

Inn on the Alameda was a lovely hotel, close to the galleries on Canyon Road and a short walk to the square. Joe’s Tequila Bar is a nice casual restaurant with great desserts just off the lobby. We took advantage of the Inn’s courtesy van on more than one occasion when we weren’t sure what parking options were available at our desired destination. But the best, most memorable aspect of the Inn was their wonderful staff. All the employees were helpful, kind, and courteous. In particular Irma was especially nice.
We would stay there again.

Superior service! Everyone was friendly, genuine and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Restaurant food was delicious and being able to sit by a roaring fire during the snowstorm to eat our meal was heaven.

Everything about this place was wonderful.Especially the people that worked there. My one and only complaint was that the mattress was way too firm for me.

The property was clean and convenient to local attractions. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly, helpful, and polite. We would return again.
