"Had a lovely stay at this hotel with my family late August as a base to visit Tikal. The hotel was new, clean and very comfortable. Also enjoyed dinner at their on-site restaurant on a couple of occasions - we were impressed by the service and extra attention given to us by the staff - particularly by Sergio and Jose - thank you for being so nice to us.
