They not be responsible if something happens to the car.

Worst service ever. They don't let you out of the property before 7 AM.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with expedia getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. Very close to the various amusement parks. Overall very pleased and would recommend

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They assisted us with transportation. Property very clean and well maintained. Beautiful pool. Good location for Xocomil & Xetylul. Would recommend.

The hotel rooms we got were clean, good beds and bedding, we got breakfast included for adults which is good and the food was great and affordable children menus, the only thing I didn't like was the shower I hope they can improve it but overall I would still come back and I do recommend it.

Beds weee hard and uncomfortable. Inadequate ventilation and air conditioning. Reserved room types were not delivered.
