Beautifully terraced property with stunning views of the lake. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore to find a peaceful place to relax in the gardens. The staff was helpful, and the restaurant was good and offered enough variety for my 3 day stay.

Our experience at Hotel Café La Casa del Mundo was truly beautiful. The breathtaking views left us in awe, and the service was nothing short of excellent. Love this property .. it’s relaxing , quiet , good food ..amazing view .. staff are great ..
but the stairs makes my sore legs and knees more esp after all hiking and volcano trekking !

I fell in love with this property. It has the most amazing views and hammocks at your disposal. There’s so many amenities to enjoy and the food at the restaurant was amazing. Very convenient and the staff was my favorite part. They were very sweet and super helpful.

I would have giving a 5star review all around because it was just so beautiful. But i just did not like the fact that i asked to reserve the hot tub an was told it was book, mind you i didnt have a problem that it was booked my problem was that i went to check around the area that day an no one was using the hot tube. I was really disappointed because most the staff in the dining area an the ones you encountered were very nice .
