Lack of Proper Coordination Makes a Bad Business
Posted 8 Aug 2022 on HotelsWe have a confirmed booking with them via Oyo Hotels. However, when we were about to check in, we were told that they were fully booked for the night and that we were being transferred to another accommodation. They would have declined the booking in the first place or they could have had a better coordination with the Oyo Management to ensure things like this don’t happen. We were tired from our work and just wanted to have a place to stay for our 4 nights stay in the city for work. This is not what I was expecting from them given the fairly good reviews they have.
I hope other people don’t get to experience this inconvenience.
