As an American there are so many things I love about this property - Apple electronics plug directly into the wall without converters or adapters, most of the desk staff speak English, safe water, excellent menu in restaurant and bar with late night availability, lovely breakfast. My only complaint- I stayed here during the feria and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel in the evenings. Tons of traffic and road closures

Newer hotel with pleasing design in common areas. Comfortable bed AND pillows, spacious bathroom, and excellent climate control. What really made our stay was the staff. Jose Miguel and bartender, Samuel, were friendly, helpful, and are the reason we would recommend this hotel to friends.

Hotel was good but i had little doubt that it is really 5 stars level
Specially breakfest was poor
Anyway not bad, but still it is not the best neither

Nice hotel, clean, modern and very comfortable. Nice view. The best option for a solo traveler or business trip in Santa Cruz
