The promotional material indicates the hotel is close to the sea. It is in fact at least 1 1/2 miles away. It would appear that the hotel is used to house homeless. Some are wearing apparel of street people and we’re not clean. Not pleasant to share the breakfast room with.

I am not sure why Expedia says that we are close to the sea. I will see if I can get them to update that. We are 3/4 from West Cliff. If we were that close to the sea, our rates would certainly be much higher. That being said, we are certainly not a hotel used to home unhoused people, but our rates are so low this time of year it does attract less attractive people. I do know which young man you are speaking of and he does have mental illness. If someone pays for a room I can't simple refuse them service unless they cause a problem. If something does arrive, I will add his party to the do not rent list. Thank you for your feedback. We do take all feedback seriously and will consider options to improve the guest experience.

Clean comfortable room, quiet. Nice front desk staff. We always stay here when we visit our son.

The window in my room facing the outdoor hallway did not lock. I did not feel safe staying in the room.
