Nice quiet place easy to get to all parts of town from here with car.

Our property is uniquely situated in a nice wooded spot with beautiful garden areas and Adirondack chairs overlooking the pool and grounds. We are just far enough out of Santa Cruz to hear the birds chirp but close enough to quickly get to the hustle and bustle of the beach/boardwalk area.
