Front desk staff was terrible. When you check in there is absolutely no information given regarding what is available to you, breakfast, the restaurant/bar, etc. I had to ask for directions to the elevator. They were so terrible, i was 1 of 3 parties wondering aimlessly looking for the elevator with someone who is handicapped. I guess we all got the same amazing directions.
