iit was an awful experience for,me to take a taxi cab and arrive to a hotel that was closed. I am so glad I didn't pay in advance.. Hotels.com should be sure that the hotels are open to advertise them. I should request compensation for my expenses and the frustration I had when at 10 pm I had no place to arrive. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

A bit old. But they were great to accommodate me and my girlfriend at last minute.
Basic amenities, ideal for a quick stay over.

It is a nice hotel, the staff are nice too and the food for breakfast have a lot of selection. I will get this hotel again when i come to Santa Cruz.
My only concern is there's a little in the bathroom that needs to be fixed. Overall, our stay here here was comfortable.

Horrible experience
Posted 3 Oct 2017I've stayed at this hotel a few times previously and everything was always wonderful. On this occasion the hotel was not able to respect my reservation through Expedia and told me they were all booked. I was left to find an available hotel in the middle of the night during the busiest time of the year for them. Luckily I found a hotel. Not impressed by the Hotel Las Palmas handled a repeat customer.
