This hotel is all about Venetian glam and luxe. It’s very convenient for the railway station, vaperetto on the grand canal and one of the main walkable routes to St Marco and the Rialto. Perfect location for getting around! The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the hotel has got a great Christmas vibe with some of the best decorations!

Bad Coffee Service in the Room, and Had to wait til 7am to get coffee at the dining hall, which cost $5/cup. Other Hotels at same price per night had Coffee service in cafe that was free.
Front Desk service was unfriendly, and unhelpful
Other than that the room and facility was very nice.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.Please let us know summarize what happened.The same arrival day, due to last minute heavy rain , there was a leak in the room.The hotel was fully booked, without possibility of change, and we propose you a room in an Hotel close by, walking distance, paid by us in order to have a proper room.We showed you as well the room in our Hotel, as required, and it was a little bit wet in a corner. You decide to keep it as your friends were there as well.We propose a room change for the morning after, with an Upgrade and free breakfast. The morning after no one come asking for the change. We tried to do our best to let you have a wonderful stay in Venice. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. The location was perfect! One can walk to the bus terminal or to the train station for easy transit to planes, trains or buses. There are good dining options within a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Would stay here again.

We had a water leak in our room and the staff quickly jumped in. They found us another room (upgraded) quickly and made our experience awesome. Hotel is close to taxi drop off so not far to get bags in. Just a quick walk around the area, so many restaurants to choose from. I would recommend.

We stayed for one night at the end of our trip, before leaving from Marco Polo. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near the Piazza Roma. The staff was very helpful recommending restaurants and arranging for our car pick up. The breakfast was amazing! We had a wonderful last night of our vacation.
