El servicio en general muy bueno, laa condiciones del hotel muy pobres, las camas muy viejas hacen mucho ruido, el desayuno estaba mejor de lo esperado

Such a great hotel, but keep in mind that bathroom is shared with other room.

We loved this hotel! The charming building is 600 years old, very near the train station, right on a canal, and seconds from a water-bus stop! It was perfect for us!

The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. I also really appreciated that the room had a stand alone heater.

Its close to the bus terminal as well as to the train station. But the pavement makes it difficult to carry suitcases

Elevator does not work properly, felt very old and unsafe. The property looked run down and very old. We had to bring our 50lb luggages down ourselves from the second floor stairs. Lacked amenities!!!

Our room was in poor condition , skirting boards broken and the shower needed replacing . Very basic .
