The restaurant staff are so lovely as were the front desk employees. The food was exquisite and the facilities were lovely. Would visit again.

The hotel was one of the most exceptional stays I have had. The staff was extremely kind and was always very helpful. The restaurant had an option for dinner and was the most amazing meal we had during our honeymoon. The wait staff were very kind and alway went above and beyond great service. The only negative we had was that the bed was harder than we normally like. However, the view, amenities, and the staff made the experience truly remarkable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Excellent for hiking in Val Gardena. Lovely spa and rooftop pool an the food was wonderful.

The amenities were great! We loved the pool and sauna after a long day of hiking. They staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was amazing! The food was delicious. The staff was very attentive & spoke many languages. The amenities were wonderful. I was sorry to leave!

Posted 15 Sep 2022 on HotelsJasmin and Daniel made the trip as smooth as butter! Highly recommend staying here. Rain or shine, we received recommendations for local summer hikes, consistent service at the outdoor pool, and plenty of quiet space in the wellness areas.
