I had called a week prior to make sure our reservation was still good, I asked if we could check in early and they said yes @1 pm, we showed up at 1 pm, they told us it would be an additional $40 to check in early, we ended up paying $30 because we are not from the area and we were tired from traveling. We got into the hotel room, and quickly noticed it was freezing!! The heater did not work, the door did not shut all the way and there was a draft. My husband had to lay down his jacket in front of the door to keep some cold air out. We had gotten up early in the morning to get breakfast, we came back and our key wasn’t working! We took it to the front desk and he helped but it was very inconvenient. We were also told we could do a late check out (11:30am) we got a call from the front desk @11:15 am basically asking us when we were leaving. And not to mention right out front of our door, they were doing rock yard work! Very loud and unprofessional. We just wanted to rest after all that driving. We will not be staying there again.

Overall the stay was fine for the price. Unfortunately the towel had a lipstick stain and it was not clear if the towel was washed in between stays. The front desk personnel was apologetic when notified.

Would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy. This place was absolutely horrendous to put it nicely. The staff were quick to lie to Expedia agents in disregarding all issues at hand. Staff eventually was caught up in lies that he hung up the phone and refused to offer any resolution to our list of hygienic and safety concerns. Our room had many fire and hygiene violations, I’m surprised they are even allowed to run business as such. Our room had brown stains randomly around the walls, the entry door was not the proper size so it had an inch gap to where anyone can easily force their way into our room. The linen were not clean, the room had a foul smell, the outlets had no covers and were exposed, there were dead bugs around the room, the shower did not function and water wouldn’t come out. Staff refused to resolve or offer any resolution to any of our issues. They were determined to continue lying and denying everything that they rudely hung up on our call. This place is not suitable for anyone to stay the night much less for families with children. Would never recommend this place. Total waste of money for our family of 6 vacation.
