I had requested a room facing the patio, but it wasn’t available. Instead, I was given a small apartment that could have been very nice, but: it was at the top of a steep spiral staircase, it wasn’t clean, and accessing the terrace (actually a renovated roof) required climbing through the window. The sun loungers on the terrace were extremely dirty and unusable, the kitchen was filthy and not functional, there were no drinks available, the bedroom windows were sealed off with metal panels, and there was no natural light. Everything was particularly dirty.
