One of the stuff was quite rude when I asked about the location of the breakfast. Without uttering a word, she just point in the direction. And left it at that.

Always love staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are very well kept.

I stay in this hotel for almost 20 years and no big changes in rooms and facilities. Breakfast is very primitive.
