"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. "I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! "Our overall stay is great. I just don't like how the security personnel approach us about parking on tower 4. They should tell us the nice way not a rude and harsh one since they are the one who knew where to park or not. They approach us as if we knew everything about the do’s & don’ts on parking we’re not parking for free though."

"The unit is perfect when staying in Iloilo City. It is accessible since the location is at Megaworld Boulevard, making the commuting experience so easy. The unit itself is also very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Amenities were all good, the unit had an electric stove, refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave.
