We were greeted by the wonderful Valet, then check in was so fast and friendly, Once we arrived to the room we were welcomed with champagne and smores for my friends birthday. The room was beautiful and the cleaning staff made sure we had everything we needed. At checkout it was also fast and the valet was wonderful with letting us leave our car while we got coffee. Love staying here every time we come to Santa Barbara "
