Very decent, clean and friendly hotel, my only concerns (or feedback for the owners) would be:
1. Rooms are pretty boring, nothing special really. No thoughtful decoration or welcoming feeling, I don't like when the sink is outside of bathroom (actually in the room), feels like the room is a big bathroom. And whenever one gets up for the bathroom, wakes up the other one.
2. Bed was pretty saggy and uncomfortable, mattresses are not super expensive anymore, you can get a decent one and replace the old ones. Time to renew.
Other than those 2 topics, I think the location was great and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Happy with this property. Short walk to beach and dining/shopping options. Good staff and amenities.

Very friendly, comfortable hotel. Whilst it had a few minor issues such as hairdryer malfunctioning, overall it’s a great pls scroll stay and being near the beach was excellent

Very nice, great staff. Price was a bit high, but probably to be expected for the area and location. The $14/day parking fee added was a bit of "piling on".
