I loved the property. Especially, the lotion, conditioner, shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. The 3 things that needs work is the AC/Heating unit didnt heat the room, the tv wouldn't turn on and the guy at the front desk was unavailable for a long time. I waited quite some time to check in. Other than that I would recommend.

Hotel was not what they advertised. Jacuzzi did not work, fire pits outside did not work. Elevator was out of service. Bedsheets had cigarette burns. Two bags of popcorn was eight dollars just for the poor functioning microwave to burn the popcorn. Bagels were old. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, although there was a front desk representative, who was very nice.

La estancia fue agradable. Todo había estado bien hasta que hicimos el check out y pregunté como podíamos salir por la talanquera del parqueo. Me expresaron que el hotel no tenía talanquera y que si me había quedado de ese lado del parqueo el hotel de al lado me cobraría. Dicho y hecho. Me cobraron $22 por estacionar en donde Google maps me indicó.
Creo que la asistente que me atendió debió ofrecerme más apoyo para que los del hotel de al lado no me cobraran por un servicio que yo ni siquiera necesitaba, ni sabía que estaba adquiriendo.
