"The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."

"This space is conveniently located to a number of things but that is really the only benefit. The room is very small and clearly not well maintained, especially the bathroom. The WiFi did not work during the entire stay and while that shouldn't be a deal breaker, it is difficult when you do not have cell phone service otherwise. They did offer us a refund but it only came out to 20 euro for the entire 4 day stay. I do not recommend staying here."

"O apartamento tem ótima localização, principalmente para quem vai pegar o trem para outras cidades ao redor como Modena, Imola etc. Também está próximo de dois mercados (COOP e Aldi) e restaurantes. Em termos de "comodidades", o colchão da cama poderia ser melhor e também a quantidade de saches de sabonete líquido. Nós tivemos que comprar sabonete para podermos tomar banho mais "tranquilamente"."

"Fantastic stay at Bologna suites. We were using Bologna as a base for day trips on the train. Was so easy to find when we landed, communication from Alex and Alessandro was brilliant and when we arrived 15 minutes earlier than planned they were already there to welcome us. "Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"It was supposed to be a pay at hotel, they messaged a month before demanding that I pay via paypal. (sketchy but I trusted) They never mentioned it was a 5th floor with no elevator(had my mom that has trouble with so many stairs).
