Disappointing money-making machine

The most disappointing masia we’ve stayed in. They were more interested in making money than their guests’ comfort - I arrived on Friday with a very bad cold and was told that it wasn’t possible to turn the heating on and the only option was to use an extra duvet. They shouldn’t advertise that it has heating if they’re not prepared to use it! Heard everything from the adjoining rooms, including flushing the toilets. They even charged us for ordering extra coffee (tiny cup) at breakfast.

Dear guest, I can understand you feel sick the day you arrived, but what we can empathyze is with lies. The day you came it was a hot and sunny day. 24º actually. You asked to switch on the heating and we told you if you really feel you need it (24ºC, don't forget that) we'll turn on for you. You replied you can deal it just with an xtra duvet. That's all. About the extra coffee we charged on your bill, it wasn't ONE extra coffee there were FOUR extra coffees you asked in addition. But don't care about it, we can understand we could be the most disappointing masia you ever been in. In exchange, we'll say you were the worse client we ever got it. We had to collect your ashes and cigarrettes from everywhere in the terrace and the garden, when the ashtrays were available everywhere. Have a nice day, you too

Todo perfecto a pesar de haber llegado tarde al alojamiento. El único inconveniente es no poder estar más tiempo.

Masía impresionante! Con detalles en cada rincón. decorada con un gusto exquísito. El trato de los propietarios es muy cálido y cercano. Y el desayuno, buenísimo. Volveremos!

No es que no hubiera nadie para hacer el Checkin, que sí que lo había, sino que ustedes optaron por no presentarse. Sorprende que haga esta crítica alguien que no se alojó en nuestro establecimiento. Se les estuvo esperando hasta la medianoche del 16 de junio sin que se presentaran. Sus compañeros de boda, que sí que estuvieron alojados aquí, ya nos comentaron que decidieron irse directamente a Barcelona sin ni tan sólo llamar o contactar para informar que podrían llegar tarde. Vaya, un NO-SHOW en toda regla.
