The rooms are in a poor overall state, the door needs to be slammed for it to close properly, and even then the lock required fiddling for it to work The bathroom wasn't cleaned before my arrival (it was not properly flushed, so there was urine from the previous occupant), and the activation mechanism worked poorly. I would not stay here again.

The staff are very helpful and accomodating to my disabilities. The rooms are nice and clean. Only downside is the big restaurant is not open, only the bar.

Far from tourist attractions. Reception staff unfriendly, doesn’t seem to care if you have concerns.

This is a great property it just need an update in the showers

On our first night we arrived at 8pm and checked in to our room. We noticed it was 25° even though the AC was set to 19° we phoned reception and they said they would take a look on their end and to give it 10mins. We waited and rang again with no improvement, they said they would take a look at it. We left to get dinner and came back a few hours later and the room was 24.5°. The next morning we informed the staff and they said someone would take a look in the day and it would be fixed for the night. When we got back 12 hours later we noticed it was still really warm in the room so went down and explained. The receptionist said he wasn’t sure if it got seen to in the day but maintenance had left for the evening. After some back and forth he reluctantly gave us a new room and no assistance or compensation for the moving rooms. The second room we tried the AC did work but even on full it wasn’t very good and the room was still quite warm when trying to sleep. Additionally water and coffee isn’t replenished by housekeeping so we had to go to the local shop to buy a bottle of water to drink, which wasn’t ideal after a long day out.

Regarding the air conditioning of the hotel, the lack of air conditioning during your stay is due to technical limitations that prevent the coexistence of both services (hot and cold). Therefore, we always try to adjust the temperature offered to a sustainable medium and that allows to combat the temperature difference of day and night.
