Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. The junior suites are lovely rooms with a great view of the Mediterranean. Excellent breakfast buffet and very nice restaurant for dinner.

Negatives: soundproofing of rooms is poor and inadequate. Some maintenance issues in the room too. Hotel located on an unattractive square. Food and drink more expensive than other places visited in Barcelona.
Positives: pretty public areas, pleasant staff, convenient walking distance to marina.

Some staff were helful--others not. Windows were filthy. Pool on some days ot attended and no towels available. Front desk was not aware that only buffet was available for breakfast

We really appreciated the customer service provided by Felix. He never missed a beat and was always ready to help. It made our stay and visit to the city much more enjoyable.

I’ve stayed at H10 Madison in Barcelona which was a completely different experience. It was top notch there so coming to the sister location I thought would be similar, even with a price reduction per night as I simply splurged last time I was here in BCN. The location is a bit rough with broken construction, still though somewhat convenient to the trains/ buses. A worker came into my room at 8:30am without knocking or reason, I yelled hello and they left. Cleaning service just knocked again at 11:10am and didn’t even give me 1 second to come to the door before they pushed open the door. I could have been changing or sleeping. That’s not ok. I called the reception letting them know that’s not ok at all and I’ve felt unsafe all day. I’ve been woken up for mini bar service and loud noises while they’re cleaning before 10am, the walls are not insulated well enough, the room is dirty. Attached photos. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. The price of what you’re paying per night doesn’t equate to the value.
