Loved this place for the views and the pool. Staff was kind. Food was an abomination but the drinks were on point. Really no water available which was weird. Also they covered their air conditioner vents with tape - we only discovered it after 2 hot nights. How cheap!! Removed them and was finally able to sleep in comfort.

This trip started off as a lie from once we walked into the property, the listing says ADULT ONLY ALL INCLUSIVE. That's a big lie 1 small section of the resort resort is adult only but yet we still daw saw kids running. This was our honeymoon trip so we were super excited excited about what we saw online. Next the staff acts like you don't exist or are stupid, I asked several times about paying for a upgrade on the room (they said they have availability) came back the next day after we got into our room and asked what was available and I got the run around and they said they would let me know (never heard from them the whole trip) Now for the all inclusive part only part of the resort was all inclusive other parts of the resort were off limits to us. LIKE WOW wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy.

This property is family friendly. Unfortunately, it was the least inclusive all-inclusive I have ever been to. There was no one to help with your bags. They did not provide washcloths, robes or slippers. Even though it was “all-inclusive” there is an up charge for premium alcohol. The adults only areas are not quite separate from the family areas. It left a lot to be desired. They also couldn’t find my reservation and offered no compensation for their error. I wanted to leave early, but I would’ve lost my money. It was the first vacation that made me want to hurry home.

The property was great and very relaxing. Bartenders by the pool were amazing, Babas, Andy & Isla was fantastic. Front desk staff are horrible, no customer service skills, not helpful and is rude. No one tells guests about the app or if there are any events going on throughout the week.
